Cine prelucrează datele

Ce date colectăm și de ce

• Numărul tău de telefon, când rezervi un episod, trimiți o replică scrisă sau te înscrii pe lista sezonului plătit. Îl folosim ca să confirmăm că numărul e al tău, să îți trimitem confirmarea, un memento, linkul spre platou și răspunsul la replică. Temei: executarea serviciului cerut de tine și consimțământul tău pentru lista de așteptare.
• Întrebarea scrisă și răspunsul, doar cât e nevoie ca răspunsul să ajungă la tine. Nu le publicăm și nu le folosim în alt scop.
• Date tehnice minime pentru funcționarea site-ului (limba aleasă, păstrată în browserul tău).

Ce nu facem

• Nu înregistrăm și nu transcriem conversațiile de voce sau video.
• Nu păstrăm mesajele scrise din platou după încheierea episodului.
• Nu vindem și nu cedăm numărul tău nimănui.
• Nu cerem și nu stocăm adresa ta de e-mail în Sezonul 0.

Cine mai vede datele

Omul cu care rezervi vede numele pe care îl dai și, în timpul episodului, mesajele tale. Furnizorii tehnici care ne ajută să trimitem codul și confirmările pe telefon și să deschidem platoul primesc strict ce le trebuie pentru asta. Nu avem acces la conținutul conversațiilor.

Cât păstrăm

Numărul de telefon: până la încheierea Sezonului 0 sau până îți retragi consimțământul pentru lista de așteptare, oricare vine primul. Întrebările scrise și răspunsurile: 30 de zile după răspuns, apoi se șterg. Numerele blocate pentru încălcarea regulilor: cât timp există Beyondvoid.

Drepturile tale

Poți cere oricând acces la datele tale, corectarea sau ștergerea lor, sau să te retragi de pe lista de așteptare, printr-un mesaj la adresa de e-mail din subsol. Ai dreptul să te adresezi Autorității Naționale de Supraveghere a Prelucrării Datelor cu Caracter Personal (ANSPDCP).

Cookie-uri

Site-ul nu folosește cookie-uri de urmărire și nu rulează reclame. Singurul lucru păstrat în browserul tău este limba aleasă și, dacă te înscrii pe listă, confirmarea înscrierii.

What we collect and why

• Your phone number, when you book an episode, send a written line or join the paid season list. We use it to confirm the number is yours and to send you the confirmation, a reminder, the link to the set and the answer to your line. Basis: performing the service you asked for, and your consent for the waiting list.
• The written question and the answer, only as long as needed for the answer to reach you. We don't publish them and don't use them for anything else.
• Minimal technical data for the site to work (the chosen language, kept in your browser).

What we don't do

• We don't record or transcribe voice or video conversations.
• We don't keep written messages from the set after the episode ends.
• We don't sell or pass your number to anyone.
• We don't ask for or store your e-mail address in Season 0.

Who else sees the data

The person you book with sees the name you give and, during the episode, your messages. The technical providers that help us send the code and confirmations to your phone and open the set receive strictly what they need for that. We have no access to the content of conversations.

How long we keep it

Phone number: until the end of Season 0 or until you withdraw consent for the waiting list, whichever comes first. Written questions and answers: 30 days after the answer, then deleted. Numbers blocked for breaking the rules: as long as Beyondvoid exists.

Your rights

You can ask at any time for access to your data, its correction or deletion, or to leave the waiting list, by a message to the e-mail address in the footer. You have the right to complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP).

Cookies

The site uses no tracking cookies and runs no ads. The only things kept in your browser are the chosen language and, if you join the list, the confirmation that you did.
